Our faculty includes a Head Teacher and Associate Teacher in each classroom, and an additional Assistant Teacher in our Nursery classrooms. Head Teacher openings are usually announced in March for next school year; Associate and Assistant Teacher openings are posted later in the spring.
Additional positions may include specialists in music, physical education, library, and tutors.

The Operations Manager is an essential member of The Common School administrative team and plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the School's administrative and operational processes and creating a welcoming school environment. This multifaceted position encompasses overseeing office and school operations, managing data and technology systems, handling communications, as well as supporting branding, development, fundraising, and business office functions. The Operations Manager job is a full-time, in-person, salaried position.
